So I spent the day with my doggie friends perfecting "my stink", (that's what mommie calls it anyways) and what does she do!!!! She gives me a BATH!!! Now I smell like a fricken' daffodil(excuse my language). I'm just so mad at her. And she got dad involved too! He's the one who lured me into the bathroom in the first place. Not even the outside of my ears were spared. There is no stink left, sigh! But tomorrow is another and maybe I'll find something dead to roll in. I've heard that's fun, but I've never had the opportunity.....Yes, tomorrow is another day!!!!!!

I saved the day

So Mom and Dad took me for a long drive into the city today. I don't know what a city is, but there sure are a LOT of BIG homes. Wow, but no makes me sad. Well we were just sitting there and not moving at all. Then all of the sudden I saw this BIG mean man and I know he was a gonna get us! So I had to protect them! So I took a deep breath and I woofed louder than I have ever before. Don't tell mom, but I kind of scared myself cause I thought there was a BIG mean dog in the car with me. But then I realized it was me. So I kept barking and barking, but mom and dad didn't seem concerned. So I barked harder. So they're looking at me funny and then they are looking around and they look right the BIG mean guy and they start to laugh. Then they look at me and said, "Thanks Scout, I'm glad we don't have to be wary of the headless, trenchcoat wearing mannequin." That's right, because I'm a super good watchdog!
