Arrival Story:
I adopted Lizzie thru Greyhound Friends for Life after she was saved from the fate of thousands of "not-in-the-money" Greyhounds. She had been at a track in Mexico and wonderful volunteers brought her to San Diego where GFFL volunteers picked her up. I was so fortunate to have been chosen by her foster-mother Lita Nemeth to adopt this vibrant, sensitive, sweet girl.

Lizzie has developed an autoimmune disease, chronic keratitis, of the left eye. UV rays cause it to become more aggressive and she is a sunbathing addict; thus, the Doggles you see her wearing in one of her photos.
