Arrival Story:
We had just gotten married and wanted a dog. We went to our local humane society and saw Duke in the window. We met him in their visiting room. He immediately went right to my husband and laid down at his feet to get a belly rub. My husband looked at me with wide eyes and said, "Can we get him?" And the rest is history. That was November 14, 2004.
Bio:
We don't know where Duke was before us. He was a stray and had been at the pound for about 2 weeks. He was rather thin and had Kennel Cough pretty bad. But, he's recovered and gained weight and is a very healthy, loving, love-able and hyper pet! We love him so much!
