Arrival Story:
My brother found Lucy when she was barely 4 weeks old at a land fill(dump). She was in a garbage sack with 5 other puppies, all of which were dead. Some how, Lucy managed to stay alive, and make enough noise to draw attention to herself. My brother brought her to me directly, and although I thought she wouldn't make it through the first night, I nursed her as best I could, by forcing water into her(she was SO very dehydrated) and then putting her in a box with a heating pad. She shocked the socks off me the next day. When I came out to check on her, she was sitting up and wiggling in an adorable way. So I took her outside to potty, and she recovered very quickly from there. Needless to say, she is deffinetely my very first child.

Bio:
Lucy has a little bit of brain damage, due to the horrible conditions she was in when she was a puppy. She behaves normally, and functions just fine. On occassion though, she will have what we like to call a 'spazz attack', and start shaking her head really hard from side to side, like she has something in her ear, then start racing in circles around the room. This has mellowed out over the years, though, and she hasn't had an 'attack' in a very long time.
