Arrival Story:
I fostered Nemo as a future guide dog, for the first year of his life, then he went off to be a hearing ear dog. He was placed twice and due to circumstances beyond his control, he was offerd back to me as a pet. We took him in, and he and Moxy became fast friends, they got along better than I could ever have imagined. BUT they fed off each others energy and could be quite naughty, I was pregnant and could not walk them together anymore, and they made my home business very difficult.
Here starts our fairy tale ending, our neighbours dog had passed away and Nemo was quite taken with them. As hard as it was to let him go, it was the best decision that we could have made. He loves them, and we get to see him many times a week.
