Arrival Story:
Our friends, Ron and Torang saw him at CC's coffee shop and called us to come see him. We orginally mistook him for a purse because he was so little and fluffy. The girl that had him had rescued him from an abusive owner that kept him tied to a grocery cart with a telephone cord and no water in the middle of July.
Bio:
Ottie is a Chow, Lab Mix with a cookies and cream belly and an original New Orleans Black and White. As such, he can tell you "where you got your shoes at."
