Arrival Story:
Oscar is originally from Houston, TX where he was the only dog in his litter. His dad was the most handsome boy one has ever seen. He grew up in a big house with a huge yard and he moved to SF recently in 2003, where he has spent his life going to the park and playing with dogs since his mom is a dog walker. He will kiss you to death!
