Arrival Story:
Dog, it was boring in the pet shop and shelter. My first owners gave me to the shelter at 4 months cuz' they thought I was too much work. They were all gnarly, like, "Eeew-stinky!". What did they expect from a puppy? No duh!

Bio:
Shelter dogs rawk! Adult dogs rawk! My older sib Joker is from the shelter and he loves to tussle and lets me know when I bite too hard. He's been neutered and he still thinks he is Da Dawg. I looove my 2-legged pack, especially the younger ones. Special Olympics is kewl because all the athletes want to pet me and let me sleep in their laps.

Wolfie has joined our pack

The owners just brought home Wolfie, our newest pack member, and Dog is he freakin' huge! He is 28 inches at the shoulder and at least 80 lbs. I weigh only 32 pounds at 9 months, so he is more than twice as big as me!

Ol' Wolfster tried to mount me like some sort of dominance thing. He is *such* a Neandrethal. I spun onto my back and kicked that thing back into its sheath, then I slipped out and grabbed onto his neck. Arf! Once we had that settled he was fine.

Then we run through the backyard and I showed him all the best places to dig up mice and cruddy roots. He's got paws as big as my face but he really does not like to dig. I'll get him started.

He makes this strange woo-wooing sound and expects me to do it too. I tried it, and none of the other dogs could howl like us.

This is a reeealy deep baby pool!

They let me get near the big pool today and their daugher jumped in. It looked fun so I jumped in too. She said "I hear this little splash, so I surfaced just in time to see a tail vanish under the water."

I liked dog-paddling around and needed a little help to climb out. It was refreshing, but they could not entice me in again today. Maybe tomorrow. It is soo much work to make them look like fools.

A new brother!

Oh, Dog, we just got a new brother "Collar" and he is HUGE! and so sweet. He has been with us just a week, and I love sleeping against his huge hide. He is learning how to play-snap with me - I nip his neck, and he completely covers my head with his jaws. Wowie, that was scary the first time.

In the back yard I dash around and strafe him until he starts to run. Sometimes I shoulder butt him; I jump up and hit his side full-on with my side. Sometimes he even notices!

He took over my baby pool, but I don't mind. I jsut splash him and he gets out. What a fogie! He's great. I still love Joker, though.
