 Quick Bio:
Likes: Finding a comfortable lap to sit in, walks, riding in the car, playing with the garden hose

Pet-Peeves: Strangers who get too close, other dogs, the Gentle Leader

Favorite Toy: Hands-down, her two-knot rope toy. We go through one every couple of months.

Favorite Food: Any opportunity for a little fresh cheese, egg, turkey, cereal, or rice is always appreciated!

Favorite Walk: Anywhere someone's willing to take her!

Arrival Story: We rescued Minnie from the county shelter in december of 2000 -- I absolutely hate going there as I wish I could take 'em all home. She was definitely a hot comodity because she had just come back from a spot on the local TV station, so several people requested to see her while we were filling out the paperwork. We just happened to be in the right place at the right time. Lucky for us because Minnie's a wonderful companion and a great addition to our household. My husband jokes that the hierarchy in our home goes like this: wife, child, DOG, husband, cat #1, cat #2. I couldn't agree more ;)

Bio: Minnie's most outstanding characteristic is those ears! She keeps them held high, even sometimes when she's sleeping! We thought she might have some scottie in her, but the vet and groomer both say she's all schnauzer. Regardless of her exact lineage, she's definitely got a terrier personality.
