Arrival Story:
My beloved "Sami," (another Miniture Schnauzer) was killed while I was away in Chicago. Due to her untimely death, my husband located a nearby breeder and had set up upon my return to view their puppies. This breeder had a brand new litter that wasn't going to be ready to be adopted until Christmas and due to my anguish of the loss of my beautiful "Sami" I certainly didn't want to wait. (It was November 12th) There was one small puppy left over from a previous litter who was snooping around in their kitchen. The breeder told me that if I liked him, I could purchase him. Needless to say "Bear" came running when I called him and licked me all over my face. I knew at that moment he was the right dog for me. Nothing will ever replace my beloved "Sami" but I know have a wonderful "Bear" who is exactly the opposite of her. I have grown to love and cherish him and no other dog would ever be able to take his place as well.
