Bio:
My biological parents are Kobe's Laker Girl and Stardust Golden Spirit from Southern California. I was born in a town called Littlerock, northeast of Los Angeles. My human parents named me Madison Northwest Trekker (aka Madison), but I didn't like it. It was too long. So Mommy & Daddy ended up calling me Madi, which I like much better. I've lived all over California from L.A. to San Francisco and now Sacramento. I'm a well-traveled pup thanks to my parents.

Moved to the bottom of the family hierarchy AGAIN

Well, I have moved to the bottom of the family hierarchy again. My youngest human (a toddler) has started bossing me around lately. She tells me where to go, where to lay down, and what treats I can have. She's always asking me to be her horsey. The good thing is that she does share her snacks and dinner with me. :)

Finally...

For well over a week now, I've been getting kicked off the couch everytime Mommy sees me up there. I know she knows the floor is just too hard for precious me, but she doesn't seem to care. Kept saying I was dirty and if I wanted to be on the couch that I shouldn't have been rolling around in dirt and mud. Guess she doesn't realize the extra brown dust adds nice coloring to my pretty coat. So finally last night, Sammi and I both got baths. It was funny because the water was REALLY brown. Sammi looked much dirtier than me, but once you got us both wet it was very obvious I was the really dirty one. I'm not a fan of baths but at least now I can go back to lounging in comfort up on the beds and sofas. I mean really! Dogs shouldn't have to lay around on hardwood floors all day. Even carpet and dog beds aren't good enough.

Its My Birthday!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! :)

I didn't even know it was my birthday til my daddy told me so this morning. He gave me bread (which is almost as good as Frosty Paw) as a treat before he left for work today. Mommy says they got big plans to celebrate my birthday this year. She said something about going to the beach this weekend just for me. Yay!!!
