Arrival Story:
The Joilet Animal Shelter contacted me because they thought Foster was a Norwegian Buhund. I was the Illinois contact for Buhund Rescue. I wasn't sure from the picture in the email, so a friend and I drove 40 miles to see him. Well, he wasn't a Buhund, but he had a sparkle in his eyes and seemed so happy, I decided to take him home to live with my two Buhunds.
Bio:
While Foster has the same coloring as my Buhund, Dakota, he is a mixed breed. Foster doesn't enjoy riding in my truck to go to obedience or agility classes, so he's "home schooled". He is a very compassionate dog and would be a great therapy dog.
