Sadie was a belated Christmas gift. We had helped raise her father and were given pick from an unexpected litter of 10. We narrowed it down to a boy and a girl and decided to take the boy. After holding the boy for a little while, he started squirming and I put him down - seconds later a dog was at my feet. Assuming this was the boy, we took the dog home. After playing for many hours and debating on many names for boy dogs, a friend stopped by and asked what we were going to name her? Imagine our surprise, when we realized we had the girl! We called the owner and he offered to let us have both for the night so we could make a final decision. But by that time, the decision had already been made by all! In the end we realized that she had picked us and we are so happy that she did!
