Arrival Story:
We finally convinced daddy to let us get a dog. We went to our local shelter and got an adult shephard mix. We wanted to save an older dog since they don't get adopted often. When we brought the shephard home she became very protective over us in just a few short hours and bit our neighbor so we decided to bring her back as it wasn't safe with kids always coming in and out of our house. The next day we went to Bide A Wee and saw bear and her brother. She melted our hearts immediately and an hour later she was on her way home to her forever home. Everyone who meets her loves her.

Bio:
Bear is the most intelligent lovable dog ever. She learns tricks in just one day. She loves to play and wouldn't hurt a fly although she does love to wrestle with her brother who is much smaller than her. She seems to know that though and stops before she hurts him. She has made us addicted to dogs and after realizing how wonderful it is to have dogs because of her we now have 3. Thanks Bear for making ours lives so full of love and laughter.
