Since I belong to a rescue group, I rescued Tasha from our local shelter in a nick of time before she was going to be euthanized, and fostered her for two years. No one seem to be interested on her, so we decided to adopt her last January.
Bio:
Tasha is a very sweet and gentle dog and very intelligent. A fews weeks after we adopted her, she become ill and took her to the vet and was diagnosed with cancer in her vocal cords. We were devastated by the news and seek a second opinion, which was the same as the first one. We have Tasha on medication (steroids) to keep the sweeling down, and she is doing very good. We have her on all kinds of natural supplements and antioxidants and now she is able to eat and even bark. She was not able to do either before she was diagnosed. She did put weight on so we are buyin her all the time possible and she is responding very good.
