It's Off to Grandma and Grandpa's House I Go...

Birthday Party!!

Well, as of yesterday, I am officially ONE YEAR OLD! I had the best birthday weekend. On Saturday...I got new toys! On Sunday...mom and dad grilled hamburgers (it was daddy's birthday too). I got two hamburgers all to myself! They weren't as big as mom and dad's though...I felt a little jipped! But, that's ok. Afterwards mom made me a birthday cake!! Never had that before, but I sure enjoyed it.

I was so stuffed last night, I could barely move. I slept the rest of the afternoon. Mom says I get to share the rest of my cake with my cousin Molly. I can't wait!! MORE CAKE! YUMMY! Mommy took lots of pics of me with my cake. She was lazy last night though...she didn't post any. I will make her do that today before we leave for mawmaw and pawpaw's house.

We did make a pretty entertaining video last night out of my pictures. We sent that to mawmaw and pawpaw and also my other mamaw. Hope they liked it!

Happy Birthday to me!!

Today is mine and my daddy's birthday! Yep...we have the same birthday! Yesterday, mom and dad took me to the toy store and they let me pick out anything I wanted. I got a chompion chew toy, a jump n jack kong with peanut butter paste (YUMMY!!), and I got peanut butter and bacon scented bubbles! I've had so much fun. Today, mom and dad are grilling for our birthdays. Mom is making me a special cake all for ME!! I don't even have to share with dad!

I'll have pictures later of my first birthday party. Mom says I get to have TWO parties. Later this week we are going to visit my mawmaw and pawpaw. My cousin Molly will be there and I get to share another cake with her! My cousin Kateleen said she already has a present for me. I'm SOO excited!

Hiking and Climbing for the 4th of July

Well...it's been quite a while but I survived being left while mom and dad went to Aunt Erin's wedding in Florida. I had lots of fun with my mawmaw and pawpaw. Pawpaw took me riding on his tractor and took me for lots of long walks! Mawmaw was nice to cuddle with.

For the 4th of July mom and dad took me out on a hike. Mom thought it was too much for me but I'm tough...and I had lots of fun until mom and dad (Lewis and Clark) got us lost. After about an hour of being lost, I started getting a little cranky. I even tried leaving with three strange girls once we found our way back. Mom and dad are no good when it comes to directions. Aside from getting lost, I had lots of fun being outside all day. I even got to play in a waterfall. I didn't like the water at first, but by the end of the day I was splashing through the creeks! We even climbed the side of a cliff. They were easy for me. I just ran right up. It was a little tougher on mom. But, she's a sport! I can't wait to go back! Mom says we have to wait for some place I've never heard of to freeze over?? Hope that isn't too long!
