Arrival Story:
We were in the process of moving and I stopped into Petsmart to see if they had any boxes. Turns out, the store was hosting the local humane society that day. When I came out from the back of the store (without boxes- sigh) my husband was holding a 1 year old white dog on a leash. Apparently, this peanut was adopted from the pound when she was a pup and had been pulled from the home because of abuse. I mean c'mon! Look at that face! Those ears! How could anyone be mean to this dog? She came home with us that same day and has been spoiled ever since. She's come a long way...

I wish we knew what breeds were mashed together to make Zoe so we could duplicate her. She's such a sweet dog!

What I learned today while exploring in the yard:
Tall grass or leaves + wind = very scary.
The nice lady I live with just pet me on the head and said it's OK, I'll get by on my good looks. Whatever she meant by that...

Hmm, well, it was quite an uncomfortable weekend. I somehow managed to sniff, eat or get stung by something I'm obviously allergic to... Good thing the nice lady I live with noticed the rapid onslaught of raised bumps starting on my legs and spreading to my belly. Ooooo-eee they were itchy! I ate a gross pink pill and snored away the rest of the night (kept that nice lady up alllll night). Can't wait to get out there and do some more exploring. There's so much more to sniff and eat!!!!
