My beloved first catahoula was quite ill and had to leave me. On the way home from the vet's I stated that I certainly didn't want another dog yet. That night some of my friends and I were having a bit of a wake for Blue when my telephone rang. It was the breeder from Live Wire Catahoula and she had a male pup. Was I interested? She emailed me pictures and my heart was lost immediately. I am convinced that some how my Blue Dog wanted to see his Mom taken care of. If he had a paw in it...which I'm sure he did, he made a great choice.
