Not being the center of the Universe (when I secretly know I am)

Favorite Toy:
Anything I can't have or that I am not supposed to have

Favorite Food:
Natural Balance made with lamb and rice I have a finicky stomach

Favorite Walk:
My parents are pretty lazy so I mostly play and run in the back yard

Best Tricks:
Being absolutely precious and being able to carry around a full size cow bone out of the side of my mouth so that it looks like I have a cigar

Arrival Story:
On the evening before halloween in 2002 I was rescused my the nicest lady. It was a rainy windy and unusually cold night and I was all by myself in the parking lot of this grocery store. I kept trying to follow these 2 legged creatures to their scary noisy moving machines but none of them seemed to see me. I was alone and hungry and shivering so hard I thought my teeth would fall out but then this lady (in a brand new and very nice outfit) came along and picked me up in a blanket and put me in the front seat of her machine (I have since learned that they are called cars and that they are used to take me to the groomers and vet). She dryed me off and I licked her hand and she sighed and said she didn't know what Brian was going to think but that she could always take me to the pound the next day and at least I would be warm and safe that night. She took me to Petsmart and bought some funny smelling pads and puppy food and then took me to her...I mean our house. She spoke to me softly and fed me till I was full and then held me close as I went to sleep in her arms. When this Brian fellow came in he said "What is that?" I just rolled over and went back to sleep. The next day the lady said she just couldn't take me to the shelter and now that they had had a good look at me they knew I needed a good home. The rest is history and I have had them tied around my little paw for 2 & 1/2 years. This is the good part of my story the sad part my lady will tell you about later.

I found our Marilla as stated in her story. The sad thing was she had been starved and beaten and used as bait in a dog fighting ring because she was a runt. She healed well and with alot of TLC and a fantastic vet she turned into a very happy and healthy dog. When people hear the words pit bull they act the way I used to, like idiots. Coming from personal experience and from the experience of a close friend who also rescued a pit bull it really is all in the way they are raised as puppies. Marilla will never overcome her need to feel like she must defend her food supply but we accomodate for that. Marilla is a very sweet and loving dog and has adjusted well into our household. She loves children and is very gentle with them. Please do not let media sterotypes hinder you from trying to save one of these gentle giants! Thanks for reading our story!

Don't get me wrong I love my parents and I tolerate my brothers that were here before me and I even love Rupert who was next after me...but that is really were it should have stopped! I have let this get way out of hand and now there are 2 more.
When Rupert came it made us the perfect family....that was last May. Percy came in Sept. 04 and I have made it very clear on almost a daily basis that he needs to go. Now mom walks in with another one! Ohhhhh brother.....literally!
He is cute and all and he is quiet. He has learned to stay away from me and my stuff but really......7 dogs....what will the neighbors say?
Gilbert, my newest brother, has a sob story to that will be added soon I am sure. He is much better than that Percy at least.
Does anyone need a dog?
I am the Princess around here...I should get to say who stays and who goes!
Sheeeezzzz...7 dogs
