Stuff On my mind...

the fastest chihuahua in america - i guess it won't be me!

hello all you other dogs and humans. today mommy (who usally doesn't drag her fat lazy butt out of bed till 10am) woke me up at 6 am and dressed me in my new louis vuitton sundress and my matching swarovski crystal necklace.
what the hell! it's 6 am and i was right in the middle of that good dream where i have the neighbor's cat in a blender and i'm just about to push the button, when it's... "dazy time to go potty." aaargh!
so then we get in the car and drive to a place with lots of big buildings and noises and all new smells.
the place was new york city and i overheard that we were going to riverside park to enter the "Petco Fastest Chihuahua in America" contest. now i don't mean to brag, but i am one very fast chihuahua. i figured i had this in a bag.
when we got to the park there were tons of chuihuahuas. black ones, white ones, fat ones, skinny ones. it was a fiesta of new doggie butts to smell and i was in heaven. just as i laid my eyes on one hot stud named taco, i was yanked away and given a number. next thing i know i'm lined up with 7 other chis and stuffed in a racing box. the announcer blows the whistle, the box door opens, and i make a mad dash. i can see mommy and daddy eagerly cheering at the finnish line. i hear mommy frantically calling my name. here i come mommy. here i come. i'm racing at the speed of light. i can see the other losers in my dust. i'm just about to cross the finnish line and i know mommy is calling me, but hey look, a butterfly. wow. i bet i can catch him. he's off to the side. wow. look at him flutter. i'm mesmerized. oh wait, i forgot about mommy. but now it's too late. i can tell by the look on her face that she's not happy.
she picks me up and gives me that look she gave me the time we went to ihop and i pooped on the floor.
uh oh, i'm in trouble. but then she smiles and gives me the "you're a winner just for trying speech." now i'm not a dumb dog. i realize what she really meant was, "thanks alot loser. now we don't win that trip to san diego." but still, i appreciated her insincere words and the mocking pets.
that's the great thing about humans. it doesn't matter how many times you screw up, they still love you to death!

oh my gosh! i don't know what to say. i am now officially the www.mytinydog.com cutest dog of April.
