Arrival Story:
While visiting my family, in my home town of Salida, CO, a friend of mine had his picture posted in the paper to give away. My friend was keeping him for the local vets office because he didn't want Otis to have to stay there (pound). We fell in love with is cute picture and just had to get him.

Bio:
Otis is a very loyal and protective dog. His sole obligation, when we take him for walks and/or drives, it to protect his female owner. Fast food cashiers slam, and usually lock, their glass doors in fear after he tells them how he feels about them reaching their hand towards his number one girl :-). He is also an great athlete. He can jump amazing heights to catch thrown toys. He also is unbelieveably fast. We were at a dog park, and the only dog that could keep up with him was a Weimaraner. He will play catch all day and night. His newest thing is to bring me a ball while we watch TV. I throw it too him, and jumps up, catches it, and brings it back, ad naseum. He is also very lovey-dovey, he loves to be cuddled, hugged, and petted.
