Sadie loves to play frisbee! When its time for Daddy to be home from work she'll race around looking for her frisbee and be waiting in front of the door for him with the frisbee in her mouth.
Pet-Peeves:
vacuum sweeper, doorbells (even on TV), having nails trimmed, squirrels
Favorite Toy:
Her frisbee is by far her favorite toy, then would be anything that she can play tug o' war with, Kong with peanut butter in it, or just a stick out of the yard that you'll throw for her.
Favorite Food:
Aside from her regular food, she loves peanut butter, cherry tomatoes, ice cubes, and anything anybody else is eating that she thinks she can con you out of.
Favorite Walk:
Sadie walk??? Not usually...its usually either a gallop, a trot, or a dead run....but her favorite place to do it is all over the 5 acres where we live.
Best Tricks:
Catching the frisbee in the air, sit, stay, shake, "find the red ball", "talk two me", and "give me smooches"...all I have to say is "Sadie, come give me some smooches, and she will come clear across the house to give me some big smooches.
Arrival Story:
We had always said we were going to get a big dog when we moved to the country, but we were still on the fence about what kind to get. On a whim one day, Mom stopped by the local rescue organization...just to look....and there she was....they said she was a Chocolate Lab....which was one of the breeds we were interested in, so Mom called Dad.....Dad came and took one look and the rest is history. It was only later when we took her to the vet that he told us that she was a GSP/Choc Lab mix.
