Tail of an Irish Pup

New Family Member

Baby Hank was born April 13, 2008 at 7:35 AM. He was 7 pounds, 9.3 ounces and 19 inches long. He came home on April 15th.

Back in the Groove

Julie came down to visit last week, but was a little startled to find me lazy and a little heavier. She put us all to work right away. I forgot a few things ... well, mostly that weaving nonsense. Doesn't it make everyone's head hurt? I got to go to a show over the weekend and do my thing (even though I refused to weave, so I didn't get any Q's at regular, like Princess Aoife). I earned my Novice Tunnelers and Novice Touch N Go titles! I LOVE TUNNELS! I am not so keen on jumps. On Sunday I got too hot, so I did not do all the events I was entered in, but it was a step up for the number of events for us to do anyway. Then, best of all, I got to come home with Julie and Henry and the rest of the boys! YAY, no girl dogs allowed!

The Results Are In!

I got to compete at another agility trial this past weekend, my fourth competition ever! I had so much fun! Except when I had to wait; I hate waiting my turn, seeing others out there on the course having so much fun. When I have to wait at the start line, I bark and bark and bark, telling them I am sooooo ready to go! While running the course, I just cannot resist telling everybody how much fun I am having and telling my handler she needs to go faster and do more because I'm ready to move!

I Q'd two runs out of the 5 I was entered in for the whole weekend and kept getting first place! :o)
