Arrival Story:
I was visiting a friend in Italy and a bunch of people went out to eat at a restaurant called Palazzacio in Spoleto. The restaurant dog had had puppies and they were giving them away! I took Tartufa on my lap and she stuck a paw in my pasta sauce. Unfortunately, she doesn't speak Italian anymore - my fault!

Bio:
She has the great distinction of being the first Volpino Italiano on the Dogster site!! She is a funny little dog. licks people obsessively - record time I think is 30 minutes. I love that we can communicate very clearly cross-species! Her feet smell like fritos. She has copious hair on her hindquarters that has been dubbed her "grass skirt."
