Arrival Story:
My previous pet (the Pug) died, and I needed a good watchdog. A client had too many dogs, including Batman. They decided I should take him, and the rest is, well, dogstory! He's a truly pampered pet, which he deserves.
Bio:
I ran into some horsemen on a backpacking trip- they saw Batty and said, "Is that a Schipperke?" I replied to the affirmative, and one guy said, "Those dogs are tough as nails!" True- he can hike all day and do the same the next. He gets better with age. Good watchdog, fastidious, easy to live with, a little anxious (OK, neurotic!)
