Giving loads and loads of licks, treats, destroying my toys, being able to run and run and run, chasing cats/leaves/rodents/tree branches and whatever else comes infront of me when i go on my walks with mom, and i love being tucked in at night
Pet-Peeves:
i don't like when people blow in my face, yelling, i hate-absolutely despise the vacum cleaner and broom and i hate when those pesky cats hide under cars on my walks!!
Favorite Toy:
ANYTHING-towels, branches, stuffed animals, at night before bed i like to stretch out all my legs and nibble on the comforter-mom calls it my "nibbles"and it always makes her laugh
Favorite Food:
i love when mom cooks yummy bacon and pours some of the cooled grease on my food, i'll eat pretty much everything, i'm not too picky....i leave the ketchup though, don't like that stuff one bit
Favorite Walk:
anywhere, everywhere, i LOVE to go on walks and car rides, i ride upfront with mom
Best Tricks:
i can do headstands! well, kinda, i put my head down on the ground inbetween my legs, i can jump really high, i have the best smile of any dog on my block, putting teethmarks on the vacuum!
Arrival Story:
Lola was rescued from an abusive "home", i think she might of had a litter of puppies, she was beaten, underweight, undernourished and just a sad little thing when i got her. I thought she was a puppy, because of her size, but when i started feeding her she kept filling out more and more, she was older than i thought, all she needed was a little food and a lot of love. I had wanted a pit bull for the longest time, now i would never NOT have a pit bull, Lola is so incredibly loyal-she has to know exactly where i'm at whenever i'm at home, incredibly loving and mostly, incredibly amazing.
Bio:
Anyone else that owns a pit bull can attest to how wonderful they are and how sad it is it see other pits that have not found happy, safe homes yet. i truly have no idea what i would've done , or what emotional state i'd be in ,without her. she's next to me constantly, i look into her eyes and see the best friend i've ever had, she performs for me just so i'll laugh, she smiles that classic pit bull smile and your heart just melts, she rests her head in my lap when we're snuggled on the couch and is next to me in bed with her head on the pillow everynight, she lets me spoon her and cuddle her and love on her whenever i want. she has the most personality i've ever seen in a dog, she knows if she does something bad, if i yell at her she will actually find a corner and sit facing it with her back to me and about every two minutes she will look back behind her at me to see if i notice how pathetic she is, she pouts when she's sad, she runs at me and then jumps straight up in the air right before moment of impact just cause it's fun, she's the funniest thing i've ever seen. i'm proud to have such a beautiful, sensitive, smart, strong animal. she won't, i repeat, she will not, she REFUSES to lay on the ground (unless she's hot from after a walk and wants to cool down on the wood floor) if i am on the couch she must be there as well. she will pace back and forth until even the tinniest of spots is available. if the space is only big enough for her two front paws, then so be it...she will put those two paws in that spot and wait for more space. she's brilliant!
PROTECT THE PIT BULLS, DON'T LET THEM BE ABUSED. AND REMEMBER.....
Adopt one, until there are none.

Oh man, did mom and I have fun the other day! Mom said she thinks that I'm part fish!!! Mom sat on the side and threw rocks in the creek for me, I ran in and stuck my head under the water...I gotta see where those rocks went! Well, I tried to find them but there was a lot of those dang things so I just used my front paws and dug all the rocks I could to the shore...then I found just the right one and picked it up with my mouth and brought it back to mommy. She just laughed and laughed and I guess she's good at skipping rocks cause that's all she was going on about! I was so proud of her. Mom started finding cool rocks for her boyfriend and I helped! She would start digging with her hand and then I would pitch in and help, I was a lot faster than her! I just love being in the water and mom and I are so excited for the summer, we are going creek walking every chance we get! I didn't want to leave the creek, my face was all wet and my belly and paws and I just had an awesome time. After the water, mom and I went an explored the woods. Man, we had a great day!

Well, mom and I moved up here in December and a little bit ago mom found a place just for the two of us!!! It's in a house and it's got a huuugggeee backyard! I love it cause mom lets me run and run and run and there's a big creek out back too. Mom and I go out there sometimes and explore, I like to go right up to the water and stick my feet in it! We can't wait till the summer when we can go creek walking! Mom is so excited! When she doesn't have to work she brings over my best friend, Zoe, and we play and play and when we get tired we all take a nap together on the couch. I love being home with mom! My life is great right now! Oh, except for one thing....now that we have a bathtub again mom said I'm going to be getting more baths! UCK! I hate those blasted things....I know they make me shiny and pretty and smell good but jeesh, they just suck! I forgot to tell you about all the animals in our back yard, how could I forget that!? Mom and I go out in the morning so I can do my 'buisness' and we get to see woodpeckers and rabbits and we think we even saw some deer tracks the other day! How fun is that!

So this Christmas mom made sure I had a great one. I had my own stocking and everything! It was black and white and had little doggie paw prints on it. Mom got me and my bestfriend Zoe SO many yummy treats and fun toys! I didn't know which to go for first, ofcourse I went for my all time favorite though....my beef knuckle bone! Mom thinks it's gross and smelly but oh how I love it! I chewed on that all morning, that's how good it was! Zoe and me had a great time just whooping it up, unwrapping presents and playing with our parents. Before Christmas Zoe got in trouble though, she kept telling me that it was okay to unwrap presents from under the tree when my mom and her mom were gone. I knew better though, I didn't touch ONE of them, Zoe did it twice, she doesn't listen very well.
One of my mommy's friends came over yesterday and he brought his big dog. Sam was HUGE, I've never seen such a big dog, mom kept gushing over his big ears and long nose, she kept saying..."Oh Sammie, you's a good hound dog!" I got jealous, I didn't like it ONE BIT! I got upset, I made sure that I was close to mom the whole time so she wouldn't forget about me! I kinda didn't like him atfirst, Sam's dad said he was 110 lbs! I'm only 50 lbs so I felt small next to him and I don't like that at all! I kept my distance though, he growled at me and I growled at him but I behaved myself, I didn't start nothing, I swear! I was a good pit bull. Okay then, I'm gonna go take a nap now, mom kept me up late last night and I need my beauty rest! Tootles for now all!
