Arrival Story:
My previous wacky parents, for some reason or another, could not keep me so they gave me to this nice lady who has a Golden Retriever Rescue. She brought me to my foster home that was full of doggie toys, a big grassy back yard (for me to poop in!), and 3 brothers for me to wrestle and play with. I LOVED this place the moment I saw it, but then this little black dog Milo tried to rip my face off so I almost didn't get to stay. The nice man at this house kept saying "let them work it out" so the Rescue Lady put me down, Milo got in my face again, I popped him a good one with my big paw, and we were instant buds! Well, I guess things worked out so well and these new people saw what a loving, mischievous personality I had that they just could not let me go. I was such a young little girl and had already gone through so many changes... they did not want to take me away from this new brother that made me so happy. And so, here I am... Queen of my Crib, Duchess of Digging, High Priestess of the Grass Eaters!

Bio:
Maggie is a love. As soon as we saw her we knew it would be impossible to let her sweet, innocent little heart out of our lives. She is so smart and loves to learn and please. We were afraid she would go to a home that would not fully appreciate how wonderful she is. Maggie is so much like our Abbey too, many of the same personality traits, gentleness, and she's starting to read us like Abbey used to. Besides, how could we not keep that sweet face and her kinky 80's hair?!
