Arrival Story:
Coco was a "street dog" born to street dog parents. One day while the neighborhood kids were coming home from school, they decided to start kicking him against the fence for their own personal "entertainment." That is when he became MY dog, and I informed them they better stay out of the fenced in yard, and forget that he ever "belonged" to anyone else.

Bio:
This gentle dog has always shown his gratitude for being rescued from harm's way, along with being a protector for me. He's greatly loved, and spoiled just as much, as you can see from his "bed" of choice!

WOW! What an event! I've never been to an off-leash park before, and there were so many new friends for me to play with! The weather was nice too, so I didn't have to jump into the play pools they had for us, to be able to cool off. Some of the others did, because they were bigger, or had longer hair than me. We were all having a good time, except for that Golden Retriever that tried to snip at my face. I didn't like that, and well . . . . the next time he tried, IT WAS ON! Of course Mommy and Sissy were disappointed that I had an "argument" and they decided the best thing for me was a 'time-out' back home. If they take me back again next year, I'm going to try and be on my best behavior, cause I don't want humans thinking that I'm a dog who likes to fight with others. It was an experience, and I'll let you know what the date is for next year -- as soon as Mommy tells me.

I'm going to a very cool event this year. It's called PetFest. They have it at my favorite dog park in Ruskin, FL. There is so much room to run there. And good food and doggie ice cream and no leashes and fun contests. We all play so well together. No one fights at all. I will let you know more when I know. It's the only place my Mommy takes me that is ALL about us doggies! Over 3 acres to run.... me and my cousins are counting down like Christmas. Is it time yet? You can call Sissy's friend, Irma, for more information for your Mommy and Daddy. Her number is 813-661-2455. Woof woof!
