Max loves playing ball every chance he gets, going for walks, going for rides in the car (especially for lunch) going through the trash cans, hamming it up for the camera, keeping the house in order, eating, and if there's still time...sleeping.

Pet-Peeves:
Young crazy dogs jumping all over him.

Favorite Toy:
Tennis balls rule! Anything round will do though.

Favorite Food:
Max loves everything. I have yet to find anything he won't eat.

Favorite Walk:
Max loves to go for walks. His favorite places to walk are the places that have the most stuff to sniff.

Best Tricks:
Max can sit, lay down, beg, shake hands, give me ten, play dead, roll over and speak

Arrival Story:
I went to see a litter of 6 week old puppies and all of them were absolutely out of this world adorable! It would have been hard to make a decision, but one boy stood out a little more then the rest because he kept unting my shoe laces. Everytime I would tie them he would come by and untie them. I think he picked this family the moment we walked in the door. Unfortunately we were going on vacation right after that so we had to wait until we got back to bring him home. Talk about a loooong three weeks!!

Bio:
Max loves to use his nose to sniff things out. Once he helped find a friend's lost Beagle in the woods. Another time he helped find our cat Tiger when he was gone for two weeks. Max has had no formal training. Max went to the Rainbow Bridge on March 1, 2004. He was 14 years old. He is extremely missed :(
