 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: September 13th 2004
Likes: Balls!! She loves her balls! Her love of balls is almost compulsive! Did I mention she likes balls????

Pet-Peeves: When her toys go someplace she can't reach. When things are not where they are supposed to be. When she can't quickly pick up a ball- she eats grass out of frustration.

Favorite Toy: Balls, squeaky toys

Favorite Food: Peanut Butter, Carrots

Favorite Walk: Anywhere. She loves to go exploring.

Best Tricks: She will sit and shake- anytime she wants something- she does it without being prompted. She is excellent at fetch- she'll bring the ball and wait for it to be thrown again and again and again....you get the idea. She also crawls really fast!

Arrival Story: Kelsea was adopted with the plan for her to be trained as a therapy dog for head injured patients. She is scheduled to begin her training soon and will be able to be certified at 1 year of age. Once she is certified, she will be able to go work daily and spend lots of time with the patients. She is loved by all the patients and most already have pictures of her in their rooms.

It was very hot today so Mommy decided to take me for a walk on the beach. At first I was a little scared of the water- everytime I walked toward it, it would chase me! Mommy kept telling me it was okay, but I felt much safer beside her. She insisted on going for a long walk when all I wanted to do was chase the birds- there are lots of them at the beach! I was very excited to meet some other puppies and play with them for a little while and when I saw them going to the water, I decided to try too- it was fun! And it felt soooo good to get cool. After we said goodbye to my new friends, I met a little girl who understood how playful I am and played with me for a long time splashing water in the air that I kept trying to catch- I'm very good at that! I got very very very wet from all the splashing, but I was having so much fun! After we said goodbye to the little girl, Mommy and I were walking on the beach and I remembered how much I like chasing the birds and spotted some, only this time, it was much easier to run after them. I didn't realize that Mommy wasn't with me and now she was chasing me as I ran down the beach. What a fun game!!! Mommy wasn't very happy though, I guess she doesn't like chasing me as much as I like chasing birds. She kept muttering something about giving people a good laugh...I don't know what means though. I like the beach soooo much and I want to go back soon. The only problem with going to beach is that Mommy made me take a bath when we got home. Yuck!
