Arrival Story:
Joey was born on the day we lost my younger brother, Justin. He was given to us by a friend of Justin, whom he was named for ... Joseph Justin. He fell in love with my mom, and would jump on her (over a gate) to get to her when she would go visit. There were too many other dogs where Joey was living. One day, we got a phone call saying "Joey wants to come home." The rest is history!
