Arrival Story:
Milo was a Birthday gift from my hubby. We lost our previous Chihuahua to heart failure a a few days before his 14th birthday. Never thought I would own another after Ricky, but here we are and I am completely wrapped around this little guys paw! I honestly don't know what I would do without him. It was definately love at first sight when I laid eyes on him.

Milo is a purebred, long haired , black chi. He was acquired from a breeder in Peoria, Illinois.

Mommy took me swimming for the first time last weekend. Boy was I nervous! Seemed like an awful lot of water for a little guy like myself. I clung to mom pretty tight at first and slowly eased myself in. I wouldn't say it was my favorite thing to do, but it wasn't too bad. Now the floaty.... That was great! I curled up with mom and we just floated around the pool. I think I looked like a pretty cool dude! Dad did too, so much so that he came out and took a picture of mom and me together. I think Roxanne (female chi next door) thought so too!
