Arrival Story:
I wanted to get a dog for a really long time. One day I called a breeder in the area to see if they had any puppies. Ami was 5 months old at the time and she was supposed to stay with the breeder and become a show dog. She would much rather just lay on the couch and cuddle with her people and the breeders could tell that about her so they were looking for a good home for her. When I came out to meet Ami she was really shy and scared but I could tell that she just needed a little one on one attention to come out of her shell. I came back to get her a week later!

Bio:
Ami means friend in Japanese. (Say Ah-mee, not Amy) She a zig-zag pattern in the hair on her tail, I am sure that it is the mark of a superhero... I just haven't figured out what her secret power is yet!
