MAX'S MAGIC MOMENTS

It has been 10 days since my dear wife, Zoe, went to the Rainbow Bridge. She was such a shining star to me. I will remember all of our correspondences and gifts and I will especially remember our wedding. It was a wondrous affair, and took place while we were in Costa Rica on our world cruise with the TPCL ship. It all started with a breakfast party that morning, and continued all day and all evening. We have a gorgeous hard-copy album of the entire affair, and some of our pictures are on the Max and Zoe wedding page, found on my page.

Today, July 5, 2009, was a sad one for us. Our English Pointer sister, Sugar, went to the Bridge. We know that she is free of pain now, tho we know she will miss us here. But we find solace in the thought that all of her friends and kennelmates will be waiting for her there. We know we will miss her very much.

THE SPLENDOR OF SPRING
I met Roxy....nose to nose!October 22nd 2007 9:13 am[ Leave A Comment ] Roxy was so cool. Max and I went on a trip with her, and my paws are too little for the keyboard (took me half an hour to pick this much out), so if you want to know about our trip, go to Max's diary. It was such a neat thing to get to meet her, though.
MEETING MISS ROXYOctober 22nd 2007 9:04 am[ Leave A Comment ] Saturday, October 20, 2007, Pistol Pete and I went with our mom to Springfield to meet Roxy and her mom to accompany them to an arts and crafts fair in an area about one-hour's drive from Roxy's and Buzzy's home. Roxy did tolerate us pretty well, and we made it down to the fair, where her grandmom had a booth. It was pretty cool (in the 40's) and mom forgot our jackets, so she immediately bought us both a new jacket from Roxy's grandmom's booth. Mine was a St. Louis fleece coat and Pete's was from the Little Mermaid decor (I think). It was the only one small enough to fit him, and though he looked a little sissified in it, it WAS warm, so that was all that mattered. We watched a parade and visited all of the crafts vendors, and got to share in the two meals mom ate. Anyway, to get back to Roxy, well......Roxy was just about the cutest thing going. She had on her Tiny Paws cruise dress and a red bow. Everyone stopped to comment about how cute she was, and she would just smile and keep going. She did allow us both a nose touch and sniff once in a while, and we felt very honored when she would grant these privileges. We watched a parade, which was interesting, and when it was over and we went home in the car, all three of us just PASSED OUT COLD all the way back to Springfield. Mom said that Pete and I also snoooooozed all the way back home to Monett, but I don't remember that either. Anyway, it was a WONDERFUL DAY AND A GREAT TIME WAS HAD BY ALL. Special thanks to Roxy and her mom for showing us such a memorable day.
