Arrival Story:
we were on a mission to adopt a rescue dog one cold Chicago morning. after several hours and a variety of venues, i was convinced that we did not really want a dog. then, walking back to the car, we passed two girls protesting a petstore, while holding two adorable, unusual dogs. they were japanese chins and they were NOT for sale. we fell in love with the breed immediatly because they are so cat-like, and we figured that our ten-year old persian would adopt the dog as one of his own (n.b.: this has not, in fact, proved to be a result of their cohabitation). that night, we found a japanese chin rescue service with liza available for adoption.
Bio:
liza is missing one nipple. we have conducted several search missions, but have yet to find it. we are willing to give a reward if the nipple is returned safely to us.
