Arrival Story:
As our human children began to leave home, we started looking for their replacement (just kidding, kids!), and saw an ad for a 5 year old female harlequin. We didn't think we wanted one that old, since danes have brief life expectancies, but one look at her and she stole our hearts. She lived to the ripe old age of 10-1/2 and we wouldn't have traded a minute.
