Arrival Story:
We got maxie from a family who couldn't have him anymore. We went up to wrocester to get him, and my mom picked me up from school with him, our first dog.

We were Max's 4th home, and we didnt know to much history on him. He ended up being abused at an earlier home, and had many issues. He had extreme food aggression. Once he grabbed a whole raw chicken off the counter, and when my mom tried to get it from him, he lunged at her and bit her. He had bitten us a few times before that as well. We brought in a trainer that trained police dogs, and then we got another trainer who was on the kinder, loving approach. None of them did anything for him. When he bit my 8-year-old sister for her doll, we talked with the vet, and decided to put him down. Of course my parents told me that he went to another house, and didnt tell me they put him down for another year and a half..when I started working at our vets...but that's another story in and of itself.
