Favorite Toy:

Favorite Food:
I seem to really like cat poop, which mom really hates and it trying to keep me out of the litterbox, other than that I like puppy chow (and rabbit poop but don't tell mom)

Favorite Walk:
Englan-Idlewild Park, Central Park, Kenton County Paw Park

Best Tricks:
Learning Agility

Arrival Story:
I was brought into the shelter that mom works at because I was too much (what do people expect from a Border Collie) and I sat there for about a month. I was getting cage crazy from being locked up so long and I got sick because of it, I was not getting any better even after all the meds I was getting so mom took me home to "foster" me in hops that I would get better. Plus I could get some training and be brought to the shelter and get adopted. I was pretty good in the house and I love my brother Yeti and we play for hours (Yeti has wanted a dog to be his friend for a long time) after a while mom and dad said I could stay forever.

The story behind my nickname (ugly ear) is because mom was in the bathroom and I was going in there with her and I walked by my brother Arkham and he got mad and snapped at me and I got scared and ran off but he had a hold of my ear and ripped the tip off, so when I got spayed the vet took the tip completely off.

My Tail of Devotion for Shawshank

Shawshank came into the shelter from a crapy Border Collie breeder who sold her to a simgle mom who lives in an apartment, not a place for a 6 month old Border Collie. I liked her because of the breed, but I like longer hair and I have 2 dogs so I just wanted to get her adopted. 42 days later she is still there, and the workers hate her because she is cage crazy and I take her home to "foster" her. She loved it at my house, she loved the dogs and more importantly she played with the cats all day and Yeti (the cat) has wanted a dog friend forever. So I was allowed to keep her. She is a great dog and what I have been looking for. She has a ball (well rubber duck) drive that will not end. She will be the best agility dog if I ever get her into classes. Best of all she loves water, she will swim all day as long as a duck is involved. She is great with other dogs and we love to go to the dog park. Shawshank is a typical Border Collie that will not stop even if she needs to, and she is all mine.

This is a special Tail of Devotion
