Arrival Story:
Our foster-puppy's path took her back home and weren't our hearts and home a bit empty. By pure coincidence and happy circumstance, we found Kate (Raven).

After careful review of her pedigree, we have discovered that she's related. Kate's great grandparents are Abby's mom & dad. Raven's great grandfather is Jack' dad. Kate is closer to home than she knows.

This weekend marks the month anniversary since our new sister, Belle, arrived. It's been an amazing four weeks.

Belle and I are becoming great friends. We play together every chance we get. It was tough going for me with Abby; she's a bit older and we had nothing in common. Now with Belle, I have someone my own age and temperment. It's non-stop fun for us. She's brought a calming effect to the whole family dynamic. Peace. So cool.

Life is good.

Day trip

We had a visitor named Buddy. He was also a German shepherd. Unfortunately, we didn’t get along very well and he wasn’t able to stay long. Is four a crowd? Hmmm.

The family went on a day trip to Duluth and had a wonderful time. Of course, mom & dad have vehicles that are very comfy for big furry creatures. It was a beautiful day; fit for travel and fun. We romped, sniffed & stretched and had lunch on the road. AWESOME!!

I'm a big girl now

Being the new kid can be a little scary. Any scariness was quickly dashed. Mom & dad are always careful with unfamiliar puppies especially around meal time. For several months now I’ve had my meals in the kitchen with everyone else but just far enough to catch a problem if it comes up. But we’re all very good puppies.

It’s official now; I’m a big girl and have moved up to having an elevated bowl right next to Jack & Abs. Lookit us! The three Musketeers! Are there four Musketeers? Something about always having room for one more? Hmmmm. Another playmate??? :)
