Arrival Story:
Jake is my beagle i've had since Oct. 7th 2011 when I saved him from euthanasia. We had a lot of issues our first year as i was a first time dog owner and i had just moved out on my own with a full time work load and I was and still am a first time student. But we made it through. Sweet Caroline is the newest Edition to our pack. Her Gotcha Day was 3/9/13 She is 7 years old and is also a pound rescue. She enjoys sleeping and has a very nasty tooth problem. This will be fixed in a few weeks since we had to make an appointment with the vet to have her teeth cleaned. She has to have some gum cut away and two teeth extracted but Caroline is coming through like a champion. It also turns out Sweet Caroline much like a fine wine is order then she was dated. She's probably closer to 10 years old.

Bio:
If you want a pure breed dog. Please go to your local shelter! I have now found two pure amazing hound dogs that were lost to there former homes that needed love. Caroline sat for a month and Jake was thrown back into the shelter 3 times before I took him in. They are very greatful once they've realized you are home. And i can say when i got jake i felt more complete but not even 48 hours after taking in Caroline do i feel like we are really "complete".
