I went to shih-tzu rescue to adopt "Melinda" (Now Zooey) but Cissi stole my heart. She sat in my lap while I looked at the other dogs. She is 5 and has a deformed back leg. She walks and hops. She stole my heart and I had to take her home too and change her name to Zsi-Zsi.
