Nicknames: Austin Boxer Rescue

Arrival Story: Marian is a semi-small, fawn female weighing about 50 pounds. She was found on the streets, having been hit and drug by a car when brought into Austin Boxer Rescue, but is healing up nicely. Marian is housebroken, crate-trained and is learning her manners on a leash. Marian has an 'extra-wiggly Boxer bottom' but is the sweetest and loving cuddle bug with her foster family. She loves to give hugs and kisses and she'll even be a lap dog if you'll let her! She gets excited and is energetic, and will do best with someone that can spend time with her and give her lots of exercise! Her foster-mom describes her as a fun-loving, energetic dog that has been through a lot and just needs a home with someone to love her and spend time working with her. She is heartworm positive, but it is treatable and ABR covers the cost after the adoption. Her foster-mom says Marian responds very well to men, and would be well suited as an only dog for an active person with time and love to give Ms. Marian! After all she's been through, she deserves a forever home.
Marian Broderson was named by Carol Ann in honor of her mother through our Name-A-Boxer program
