Arrival Story: SunShine was abandoned down a dirt road near my parent's house. She looked nearly identical to a dog that some people were looking for. They came out and said it wasn't her. Luckily because of SunShine's story someone else that had seen their dog got in touch with them. Shortly after their big baby was returned to them. SunShine though was still alone. We went back and forth feeding her, but one night there was a bad storm and she followed us home. We didn't have any free dog pens, so she lived on our front porch for a few weeks. Finally the puppies in the kennel all got adopted and then she moved in there.
Bio: SunShine is a sweet and beautiful girl. She loves toys and loves to play short games of fetch. She especially loves soft toys and squeaky toys. You can frequently hear her outside squeaking away and having a good time. She is very good with other animals and is frequently around big dogs, small dogs and cats here. After a very long search for a new goat dog here, Sunshine has filled the role perfectly. She is completely trustworthy with the adult goats and their kids. She happily roams around our goat pen with our older goat dog Pup. They are quite a pair now and pretty much do everything together.
