Arrival Story:
I wasn't supposed to get a puppy. My ex wanted one, and I went with him. The puppies were outside on Jan 1 in Sheridan, WY. The parents were underweight and chained outside. The puppies were severely wormy. The ad had said "Free puppies.. may still need bottle feeding". Being dog people, my ex and I knew we could manage that if necessary. Banshee came up to me out of the dog yard "squeaking" and crying from cold.. I picked her up and put her in my jacket and she fell asleep. We've barely been apart since.
