sitting pretty, which he does ALL THE TIME (because it always gets him a treat - heh heh), and looking cute - but he doesn't have to try too hard for that one.
Arrival Story:
In 1996, on Super Bowl Sunday, RIKKI's original owner, decided that he no longer wanted his dog. I agreed to give RIKKI a try, see if he would get along with the cats..... 9 years later..... I cannot imagine my life without RIKKI. Now I am Cocker Spaniel crazy!!!!! He has the best personality and disposition. So please - don't tell him he is a dog... he thinks he is human, and we enforce that (grin)
Bio:
Since RIKKI grew up with 3 cats that were older than him, he took on some of their traits. He likes to sit on the back of the couch and lick himself (cleaning himself) like the cats do. He sleeps with and like the cats and sometimes.... every now and then... I swear I can hear him purrr (hah hah hah). We also refer to RIKKI as "the Thinker". He has facial expressions that make him look like he is thinking about something. And when you ask him questions, he actually will talk to you..... not bark.... talk. It's really cute.
SIR RIKKI is also a "military dog" you could say. He has moved 6 times during his mom's career, but retirement is coming this year and it looks like he might finally get to stay in one place. YIPEEEEE

Since I am new to this site, my "Puppy Profile" is a work in progress. But, there will be more pictures of me coming soon. I can be a real "ham" when Mom breaks out the camera.... and once she figures out how to use it.... we just might get some more pictures up here. Till then... it's good to be here.... thanks to the pups that have written and want to be pals and BARK BARK to the pups I have yet to meet.
