Arrival Story:
Out of curiosity I went to an adoption event at Petco to see the dogs. I saw a little Doxle that was sweet and cute, and I asked if I could bring my boyfriend back the next day to meet him. When we went back the next day, we were trying to decide whether or not to adopt him when I spotted Josie. I thought really she was the size of dog I wanted, and the Doxle was too small. But I didn't meet her because I didn't know if she was adoptable. We left and did not adopt the Doxle. The next day I checked the rescue's website looking for that little Shepherd mix and there she was! I made a note about how cute she was. Then I went and met a few other doggies, but kept thinking about how cute the Doxle was. So I again asked the rescue about the Doxle, and they said someone was interested in him. I then decided I'd like to meet Josie. The rescue was nervous that I was "just looking," but when I met her I quickly decided to take her home.
