He found us. Through the miracle of the Internet we did a search of Red Merle Border Collie and he came up. Some think an angel named Skyler had a hand in us finding him.

Bio:
Jessie came to us from Lock-Eye Border Collies in Oklahoma. He was 4 months old. Apparently people are more interested in black and whilte or tri or blue merles instead of a tri colored red puppies.
