A rescue organization called HART rescued Kelso from a shelter in Kentucky that serviced 3 counties.They were over run and Kelso was going to be put down. He is the sweetest doggie, great with kids and other animals... He didn't deserve to be put down when he was only a year old! I'm so glad HART found him!
