Arrival Story:
I fostered Wesley 1 for 3 weeks from the Bucks County SPCA in Lahaska,PA. That was back in 2006. I decided against permanently adopting him because he couldn`t be let off leash without running away and I felt that he wouldn`t be suitable as a hiking,backpacking,rafting dog for that reason. In later years,I felt that I probably should have kept him and just kept him on a leash at all times as he was a good dog in every other respect. My current dog,Wesley,was named in honor of this dog(which is why I refer to him as Wesley 1). This page is my memorial to this sweet dog.
