Arrival Story:
I became Guardian over Shiva on December 1st of 2012. I had gone into a pet store after hearing that they had a Siberian Husky for sale. I had my eyes on the Husky and my eyes came upon the smallest Shiba Inu I had ever seen. She was classifies as the runt of her litter, which was why she was sold to the pet store by her breeder. I first met with Shiva, before meeting the Husky, and it was love at first sight. Shiva was very quiet and calm, I cried they took her away. I swore silently that I would not be leaving without her. I met the Husky, but she was far too hyper and destructive. I begged and pleaded with my Husband to let me buy Shiva, we ended up leaving without her to get lunch, after all 2,000 dollars is a lot to think about. Over lunch we made the choice to go back and adopt Shiva, and ever since she has been the best blessing I could have ever asked for.
Bio:
Shiva is AKC registered, and micro-chipped, her parents are both Red Sesame Shiba Inus, with white and black markings. Shiva as of right now still has her puppy coat.
